模型构建

采用hypermesh进行建模,最终效果如图1所示

材料定义

采用20号刚体材料*MAT_RIGID以及24号材料*MAT_PIECEWISE_LINEAR_PLASTICITY进行定义,具体设置如图2所示。

单元算法定义

采用关键字*SECTION_SHELL针对壳体进行单元算法和厚度定义定义,更改厚度为1.54,采用*SECTION_SOLID进行实体算法定义,具体设置如图3所示;

状态方程控制

无状态方程定义

属性赋予

将定义好的材料以及单元算法赋予给对应part,如图4所示;

连接关系设置

通过设置*ONTACT_ERODING_SINGLE_SURFACE,注意相关关键字的选值,具体设置如图5所示。

边界和载荷条件设置

本模型仿真采用*BOUNDARY_SPC_NODE约束立柱下表面,同时采用*INITIAL_VELOCITY_GENERATION施加初速度,具体如图6所示。

求解设置

采用*CONTROL_TERMINATION 进行整个截止时间的定义,

*DATABASE_BINARY_D3PLOT定义结果输出间隔,

*CONTROL_ENERGY控制能量输出

将k文件输入dyna进行求解,需要控制求解线程数和求解内存,如图8所示
